Online rent payments

Rent payment depends on each resident’s individual circumstances. For Housing Choice Voucher households, the program determines the tenant’s share, which may be zero, with the voucher covering the rent in full or in part as set by the program. For market-rate residents, rent is paid securely online through the Tenant Portal, where you can review your balance, set up automatic payments, and download receipts.
